Deb Shults and Stephanie Levy have been practicing yoga for many years. They met when both were working as mental health therapists and bonded over their mutual love of yoga. Realizing how healing the practice of yoga can be they wanted to offer this to the community.

As a licensed mental health therapist for the past 14 years and a yoga teacher I have the same goals for clients in my office as for my students in my classes. My goal is to create a safe place of healing for people to be present and challenge themselves. In the yoga studio I aim to create an adaptable flow for all levels and bring meditation into practice for all.

Over the years many teachers have influenced me including Lora McCarville who taught my first class and started my yoga journey to Carole Westerman who led me in yoga teacher training. I am currently enrolled in 500 hour teacher training at Evolve to Harmony with Carole Westerman.

In light and in love,
Namaste
Stephanie Levy, LICSW RYT200

I was drawn to yoga when I started attending a basics class in 2009. it seemed that the poses were things my body used to know how to do but had lost touch with over time. Since then I have wanted to bring its healing potential to others. I completed Prajna Yoga teacher training with Tias Little & Theresa Murphy in 2013. I am currently enrolled in 500 hour teacher training at Evolve to Harmony with Carole Westerman.

My hope it to share my knowledge of yoga combined with my 25 years of mental health practice in an all-levels format safe for everyone.

Peace,
