This workshop will offer a grounding flow, breath work and meditation. Throughout the workshop tools will be taught to manage symptoms, create safe class environments, and stay present on and off the mat. There will be education on the brain’s reaction to trauma and how it is held in the body and accessible through yoga. The workshop is designed for students and teachers.
